On September 28 Evan was given in school suspension by Principal Gillings for making fun of a kids pants after this kid struck him, spit on him and kicked him. This was our request to understand why the other kid was not given out of school suspension. Gillings never responded.
This email was sent the very next day to ask once again what was going on! Gillings did not respond to this email either. Note how I specifically ask if I am right or wrong and wanted a response. The superintendent disputes that we asked for a response - he literally told us we didn't ask for one and that he had read this email.
